Borders appear on the screen, but not on the Printer

Easy Solution:
1 - From ProTEXT -or- ProDEX, select "File" then "Print"
2 - Toggle the setting of "Enable HPII-III Compatible Fast Printing"
Toggle this setting


Another Solution:
Borders are printed using 'Graphics' mode, which must be enabled.
If Graphics mode is disabled inside your printer driver, borders won't print.
Take your Printer Driver's Graphics out of "None" mode.
(Since we need Graphics mode to draw the Borders)
