Hints for XSCRIBE 2001 users
Using ProTEXT with XScribe 2001 Software
|
Problem: My ASCII file from XSCRIBE 2001 isn't formatted correctly.
Fix: Try the following settings, contributed by XSCRIBE users.
EDIT STYLE SETTINGS for XScribe XEC 2001 USERS
Performing this task when all else fails.
To setup a style sheet in 2001 which will create a properly formatted ASCII text file.
From the TRANSLATE menu inside XScribe 2001
Select EDIT STYLE OPTIONS
You may create an edit style sheet under a new name, or just change the settings on the default form, which is what we recommend doing. You never "lose" the built-in default settings by changing them. Anytime you want to create a new style sheet, the old settings will pop right up again.
